Individual Skills Development Practices

Our Development program is a great space to come in and work on that skill you wish you could do just a little bit better, through high reps and coaching feedback. Take a step back and just focus on your game, without worrying on the impact to your team! Each practice is limited to 16 players, and coached by one of our current club coaches. Each week will involve breaking down skills and technique to form better habits, and getting feedback for personal growth.

Sign up when its convenient for you! All practices are meant for single sign-up. All skill levels are welcome, drills are designed to maximize the number of reps each athlete gets with minimal impact to the other players in the drills.

Saturday Practices are held at: Cottonwood Heights Recreation Center, 7500 S 2700 E, Cottonwood Heights, UT 84121.

Practices are $20/session, and refundable or movable up to 24 hours in advance of the session. No refunds will be provided for cancellations or no-shows within the 24 hours prior to the start of practice.

Women’s Club Team:
2025 Season

Our adult women’s club season is designed to be a space where athletes can continue building their game, create bonds and trust on a team that regularly practices and competes together, and have the opportunity to travel to compete.

Designed to be an extension of the club season we all know from high school, this is our fourth season of women’s club, and it has grown every year! You won’t find another program like this in the state of Utah !

Tryouts for 2025

Team tryouts will start in January 2025! Athletes will be evaluated and placed on teams of 9, and commit to participating in practices, leagues, tournaments and together for the Spring 2025 season, with the opportunity to compete locally and culminating with a trip to Denver, CO to compete at USAV Open Nationals. Practices are focused on fostering better team play, as well as giving athletes a chance to work on improving their individual skills. Coaches will be provided for teams to provide outside perspective and feedback.

BB-Level and A-Level Players (understands offensive/defensive systems, has junior club experience or high level high school or higher)
Wednesday, January 22nd, 2025 6:00-7:30pm OR 7:30-9pm at Christ United Methodist, 2375 E 3300 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84109

B-Level Players (round robin, unfamiliar with offensive/defensive base, High School experience only)

Saturday, January 25th, 2025 5-6:30pm OR 6:30-8pm at Christ United Methodist, 2375 E 3300 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84109

Fees

The complete cost for the spring 2025 club season is $800
$200 Deposit due on Commitment
Payments of $150 are due monthly on the 15th from February-May 2024

Club Season includes:

1. Weekly team practice, February through end of May, with coaching feedback.

2. 1 Season of League on Monday Nights (Murray, Bonneville or Churchill)

   1. Tournament Team Fees for (3) 2-Day Tournaments
      -Best of the West in Orange County, CA, 3/16-3/17
      -Local Tournament, TBD
      -Spring Bash in Logan 5/16-5/17

3. Tournament Team Fees for USAV Nationals in Denver, CO (either 5/22-25, or 5/25-28)

4. Two Jerseys and Practice T-Shirt

5. Season Subscription to Balltime AI, a game recording and analysis platform
   
   *Does not include travel costs such as transportation or hotel, although group pricing may be offered.

   *Teams may elect to continue practicing and competing through July 2024, going to Cedar City or Hawaii for additional fees
   *Developmental teams without Nationals participation may be offered a subset of these options at a lower price.
