SHINE REC LEAGUE

This is our beginner recreation league for boys and girls ages 9-12! With Radiate Volleyball, you can ensure that from their earliest experience with volleyball, athletes are being taught correct technique and strong fundamentals that will set up them up for success in the game.
Two Locations and Days/Times:
Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:30-6pm at Cottonwood Heights Recreation Center
- Cost is $127 (plus $2 processing fee from CHRC) and includes coaching and a T-shirt.
- Register on the Cottonwood Heights Recreation Center website. Once there, on the left hand side is an option for “Youth Programs”, where you will find “Radiate Youth Volleyball”. Sign up today; spots are limited!
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30-7pm at Radiate Volleyball in South Salt Lake
- Cost is $100 and includes coaching and a T-shirt
Fall Session I: Aug. 18th-Sept. 24th, 2026
Fall Session II: Sept. 29th- Nov. 5th, 2026
Fall Session III: Nov. 10th-Dec. 17th, 2026

Radiate Recreation Leagues

Has your athlete mastered skills in recreation league and is ready to make the next step towards competition club teams? Not ready to commit to the full club season or needing more time to work on individual skills before club? Come ASCEND with Radiate as we help take your next step towards club volleyball. This league is for kids ages 11-15
Evaluations are required to confirm skill level after signing up before league starts.
Teams will practice for 3 months together, competing against other Radiate teams in the league. Athletes will learn and play in positions, gain an understanding of offensive strategy, and work on intermediate skills such as hitting, setting and digging.
Practice Days are 2 hours. Match days will be 1 hour within the practice timeframe.
