Girls Club Teams

Our Girls program offers competitive club teams for ages 9-18. We offer two different club team types, Travel (Gold) and Regional.

U15 (9th Grade)

U16-17 (10-11th Grade)
Wednesday, November 13th, 8:00-9:30pm

REGIONAL TEAM EXPERIENCE:

  • Teams practice 2x/week, December 2024-May 2025, which includes mindset training

  • Written feedback assessment provided at beginning, middle and end of season

  • No more than 11 athletes/team. All athletes guaranteed to play in ALL tournaments (play time is not equal)

  • (3) Local Saturday Tournaments, (1) Local 2-day Tournament

  • Tournament AND Practice Video and Stat breakdown powered by BALLTIME AI

  • Option to travel in-state as a team to Logan or St. George (addtional cost)

  • SWAG: 2 practice shirts, Hoodie, Bag, Leggings, Spandex and 2 Jerseys

GOLD TRAVEL TEAM EXPERIENCE:

  • Teams practice 2x/week, with bi-monthly team bonding/off court training, December 2024-June 2025, including mindset and plyometric training

  • Monthly 1:1 meetings with Coach for performance review and enhancement

  • Written feedback assessment provided at beginning, middle and end of season

  • SWAG: 2 Practice Shirts, Hoodie, Bag, Leggings, Spandex and 3 Jerseys

  • Built-in Team-wide fundraisers toward travel expenses

  • Tournament AND Practice Video and Stat breakdown powered by BALLTIME AI

  • No more than 10 athletes/team. All athletes guaranteed to play in ALL tournaments

  • (2) Local Saturday Tournaments, (2) Local 2 Day Tournaments, (1) Local AAU Qualifier Tournament.

  • (4) Travel Tournaments to:

    • Logan, UT (estimated $150)

    • Denver, CO (estimated $400)

    • Las Vegas, NV (estimated $400)

    • Volleyball Festival in Phoenix (estimated $500)

      *Travel tournaments are at an additional cost, not including transportation or food.

    BASE SEASON TRAINING COST: $2400
    ESTIMATED TRAVEL TOURNAMENT COSTS: ~$1500 without transportation or food

In need of financial support to pay club?

We offer a work-play program for athletes aged 15+ who demonstrate financial need. Additionally, we are always looking for coaches and offer a 20% discount for self and dependents in addition to competitive pay and training for all of our coaches.
