COVID-19 Policies
Our ultimate goal for the season is to keep our athletes and teams healthy so we can have a successful and complete season during these difficult times.
Athletes must have a mask on when entering facilities, waiting for practice to start, and anytime playing is not actively happening. Athletes must exit the facilities with a mask on. Athletes will social distance as much as possible during practices and tournaments.
At the beginning of every practice and tournament, each athlete will have their temperature taken and asked about any potential exposures to COVID-19. If temperature exceeds 100.4°F, the athlete will be asked to go home.
If an athlete has had exposure to someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19, we ask that they stay home from practice or tournaments. We will do our best to provide virtual coaching for those who are in quarantine due to COVID-19 exposure.
If the athlete is experiencing any of the following symptoms, we ask that they stay home from practices/tournaments:
Coughing or shortness of breath
Fever greater than 100.4°F
Fatigue
Muscle or Body Aches
Sore throat
Loss of taste or smell
Vomiting or Diarrhea
Practices will be limited to athletes and coaches only in order to comply with the Salt Lake County restrictions on group gathering numbers.
